Zari is Back with Another Hot Magic Show.

Zari is a new original drama series that premiered on Maisha Magic Plus on October 23, 2023. It airs every Monday to Friday at 2030 EAT. The show is a ultramodern Cinderella story that follows the trip of Nina, a youthful woman whose true family and fortune remain retired from her. 

 Nina is raised in poverty by her espoused family, ignorant of her true identity. still, her life changes when she meets Dylan, her natural father. Dylan is a fat businessman who's determined to reunite with his son and give her the life she deserves. Nina's espoused family isn't happy about her newfound wealth and status. They try to sabotage her relationship with Dylan and help her from claiming her due heritage. Nina must overcome numerous challenges in order to find her place in the world and be reunited with her true family. 

The show stars Sarah Hassan as Nina and Brenda Wairimu as her espoused family, Vanessa. Other cast members include Dennis Musyoka, Angie Magio, and Elisha Kamau.  Zari has been praised for its strong womanish characters, its realistic depiction of Kenyan society, and its high product values. The show has also been a marketable success, getting one of the most popular shows on Maisha Magic Plus.
